Rides can be booked through our website (Hunkar.vip), the Moovs app, or by contacting our customer service. A valid payment method must be provided at the time of booking.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled ride time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the ride time will incur a cancellation fee of $50.
* Advance Notice: Customers must inform us at the time of booking if a child seat is required. Please provide the child’s age, weight, and height to ensure the appropriate seat is provided.
*. Child Seat Types: We offer rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing toddler seats, and booster seats. Please specify the type needed during the reservation.
*. Compliance: Our child seats comply with all local, state, and federal safety standards. We ensure that seats are properly installed by trained personnel before the ride begins.
* Mandatory Usage: Children under 8 years old or under a specified height/weight (according to local laws) must be secured in a child seat for the duration of the journey.
*. Professional Installation: Our drivers are trained to install the child seats securely. However, parents/guardians are encouraged to double-check the installation before departure.
*. Final Responsibility: The parent or guardian is responsible for securing the child in the seat and ensuring the harness is adjusted correctly.
* Rental Fee: A fee of $40 will be applied per child seat requested. This covers sanitization, maintenance, and installation.
*. Multiple Seats: If multiple seats are required, please inform us in advance to ensure we can accommodate your request. Additional fees may apply.
Child seats are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use for your child’s safety and comfort.
Any damages to the child seat caused by the passenger will incur a replacement fee.
Child seats are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend reserving your seat as early as possible to guarantee availability.
Passengers are welcome to bring their own child seats. Please inform us in advance if you plan to do so to ensure our vehicle is prepared.
While we provide and install child seats, the responsibility for ensuring the child’s safety in the seat ultimately lies with the parent or guardian. We are not liable for any injuries if the child seat is improperly used or the child is not secured correctly by the parent/guardian.
Suitable for children weighing up to 20 lbs (9 kg) and under 2 years old.
Designed for children between 20-40 lbs (9-18 kg) and up to 4 years old.
Recommended for children between 40-80 lbs (18-36 kg) and aged 4-8 years old.
In case of an emergency, our drivers are trained to assist in the safe removal of children from the car seat. However, parents/guardians should also be familiar with how to quickly unfasten the harness.
No fee will be charged if you bring your own child seat(s)
Riders must behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers. Any form of abusive, disruptive, or illegal behavior is strictly prohibited.

HUNKAR VIP shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, or mechanical failures. We are committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers, but we cannot guarantee punctuality in every situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUNKAR VIP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
